1. Billing Address (for credit card payments only) - This is the address we use for card verification, we do not send anything to this address. Please make sure your order's billing address matches the one registered to your card.
2. Shipping Address - This is the address where we send your order (it can be different from your billing address). Please check if we can ship to your country and make sure everything in your address is correct including room/apartment numbers. Note: Some couriers require proper identification on delivery so please try to avoid using false names or initials. You can change your shipping address after you've placed the order by submitting a ticket to our support channel or sending an email at [email protected] (please note there are times where we are unable to change your address even if your order hasn't shipped yet). If your order's shipping method is DHL express, you can change the shipping address even after your order has shipped using DHL's On Demand Delivery.
3. Shipping Method - This is the shipping service your order will use, please choose what's best for your needs. Besides the cost of shipping, please also consider if you want to track your order and if you want insurance. Tracking will let you know where your package is and insurance lets you request a refund (cost of the items only) or send another package should your order get lost or stolen. Only choose a shipping method with no tracking and insurance if you are confident with your country's postal service. **Note: Shipping options are currently limited due to COVID-19 and the situation in Ukraine.
4. Preorders - Preorder items are products that are not yet in stock and they will become available at a later date. Please check if your cart has preorder items and take note of the release date. We usually ship out preorder items a few days after the release date. If your order contains in stock items and preorder items, we will ship out the in stock items first and then the preorder items later, when they come out (or all of them have become available).
5. Discounts - Some discounts require you to spend a certain amount before it is applied (ie. $25 off of $150+ orders). The required amount does not include shipping so if your order's grand total is $150 (including shipping), the $25 off discount will not be applied. You can check whether you received a discount by looking at your shopping cart. We recommend to check your shopping cart first to see if you received a discount before committing to your order, and contact support if a discount is not applied to your order despite fulfilling requirements.
6. Your Country's Import Laws
a. Illegal Products - We can ship most of our products to most areas but some places do not allow the importation of certain products such as adult items or specific food products. Please check if your country allows the importing of the product you want to purchase. If you import an item that's illegal in your country, most of the time, customs will confiscate it. We cannot issue a refund or send a replacement for confiscated products even if they are insured.
b. Import Taxes and Customs Fees - Some places require the payment of import taxes, customs fees, and VAT before you receive your package. These fees are separate from the shipping cost and you will have to pay for them yourself. We recommend to do some research on this matter so we don't get any surprises during delivery.
6. Your Order's Total Cost and Currency - Please note all prices on our site are in US Dollars. They will be converted to your local currency using PayPal's or your bank's exchange rate so make sure you have enough funds in your account.
