Besides DHL and UPS, your local post office delivers your package. J-List prepares and packs your order then hands over the package to Japan Post/USPS who will then send it to your country. Once the package arrives at your country, your local post office will deliver it to your address.
When a package leaves J-List, there is pretty much nothing we can do to affect it such as cancelations, address changes/redirections, or speed up the delivery. Please forward your concerns or complaints to your local post office, see list below.

For customers using DHL express, you can change your order's delivery address, schedule a delivery date, leave the package to a neighbor, or pick up your package at a DHL locker using DHL's On Demand Delivery. You can also call customer service for issues with delivery (see below).
