Note: All download games are hosted by JAST USA so you will not see any games when you login to your J-List/JBOX account.
When you purchase a download game, you will receive two emails: a confirmation email and another email with your download code. Please go to JAST USA to redeem your code. If you did not receive one or all of our emails within an hour after you've placed an order, you can go to your account's Order History page and click the gear button right next to the status of your order, which will show you the details of your order, including your code. If your order does not have a code, please send us a ticket.
