Can I make changes to my order?

Our system is limited so we cannot do the following changes:

1. Retroactively add items to an order including the Onahole Box Removal Service.
2. Retroactively add discounts to an order.
3. Combine orders.
4. Change the order's email.
5. Change the order's payment.

We can change your order's shipping address, shipping method and remove items/cancel the whole order as long as your order hasn't shipped yet but not always. Please open a ticket at our support channel or send an email to [email protected] to request these changes.
