submitting a ticket. We recommend to keep things simple with your cancelation request, just give us your order number and say you want to cancel it.
You can cancel your order while it has not shipped yet. Please note that sometimes we are unable to cancel your order for various reasons, even if your order hasn't shipped yet.
For orders with the Onahole Box Removal Service, once we've opened the adult toy's packaging, we cannot cancel your order anymore even if it hasn't shipped out yet.
