How can I change the shipping address on my order?

Please submit a ticket. We are usually able to change the shipping address of an order before it ships out but we might not be able to change it for various reasons, even if your order's status is still "processing" on the website. If your order has already shipped out via DHL or UPS then you can try changing it through their tracking website.

Note: Due to how our preorder system works, you do not need to contact us to change your address. Simply login to your account and update your default shipping address so when your preorder comes out, you use your default address on checkout.
