How do I update my saved address in my account?

Ordering from J-List requires both a billing address and shipping address.

  • The billing address is required for any transaction made online, and most importantly for credit cards. It must match the address registered to the bank account/credit card you intend to use for payment.
  • The shipping address is where your order will be delivered after the transaction is completed. It could be your house, office or even a friend's address.

Registered users can manage their address by logging in to their J-List/JBOX account and going to "Address Book" at the account dashboard. From there, you can add, delete, or edit addresses plus set your default billing and shipping address.

 

Changes made to your address book will not reflect on orders you have already placed.
To change the address of an unshipped order, please submit a ticket.
